ez scrolling arrows texture for CTF map
adding stuff to a new Overload map in blender. since i always make convoluted big confusing maps, i decided to put these simple scrolling arrows pointing to each base, visible from 99% of the playable area of the map. i hope to playtest it soon and see if it was worth the tedium :P
