Fundamental Paper Education (Basics In Behavior) Review: The Little AMV That Could - Indiehemius
Seven months ago, we witnessed a one-of-a-kind video that would eventually break manny barriers that many might find challenging, even for indie animations alike. But for an animation, this is no pilot or pitch. It isn't even a webseries with a season already its belt. It was an AMV. A short 4-minute AMV of an indie game fan-song that garnered a HUGE community and fandom out of it for its unique creativity and animation. This made people discover the amazing talent of one animator responsible for this and skyrocketed them to stardom.
67 million views and a million subscribers later, Bohemius tries to investigate the tremendous rise of one brilliant animator and their magnum opus of a video "Basics In Behavior" (Commonly referred to as Fundamental Paper Education or "FPE" for short). But for something that has never fit the average Indiehemius standards before, is dedicating an entire review to this short video worth it? What mysteries lie beneath the AMV that we can uncover to determine its success? I've hope you studied this time, folks. Because we might actually be in for quite an exam this time.
