The Conservation Education Grant Supports Outside Learning
Tualatin SWCD supports environmental education and conservation workforce development with the Conservation Education (CONE) Grant.
Centro Cultural, West View High School, and The Lower Columbia Estuary Partnership received CONE grants to help connect students, elders, and others to the Tualatin River watershed.
CONE provides awards up to $20,000 for projects taking place in Washington County, Oregon. The annual application deadline is August 15th. If funds remain after that deadline, an additional round will be held, with applications due February 15th.
