Irish Red Ale Extract Brewing!
My first go at a large batch, 5 gallon, Extract home brew from Northern Brewer. I made a Bavarian Hefeweizen that was a small 1 gallon batch, which i cannot wait till it is done so i can taste test/review it on here for you all!
