PUBG PC - Suspected Aimbot

I felt that this player was a little too good when they shot me so I spectated them and each encounter looked worse and worse with regards to using an aimbot / aimlock.
Yes, the replay isn't an exact replica of the match, but it does show some variance and recoil when shooting normally. This players recoil is virtually flat every single time.
Their shots also seem to lock onto the target, as the car dips the aiming also dips following the target perfectly. This happens twitce and is noticeable when slowed down to 25% speed.
This player is ranked as Bronze 267 and has played just 190 games matches on their account. They were more than likely using a VPN into my region as well. They are mainly playing solo this season (61 matches) with 20% win rate. _______________________________________________________________________________________
