HOW TO MAKE EASY CARROT CAKE RECIPE
Carrot cake is cake that contains carrot mixed into the batter.Todaywe are making my favorite carrot cake with cream cheese frosting from scratch which is utterly delicious.
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups All purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
4 eggs
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder(optional)
1 teaspoon salt
2 cups grated carrot( use less or more to your preference)
1 cup sugar( to your taste)
1 and 1/4 cup oil
TOPPING OR FROSTING
Cream cheese
Sprinkles
