Giant Tuna Explodes Topwater Bluefish
During a charter on Cape Cod Aug 2023 in 25' of water we had a GIANT BFT eat about a 10 pound bluefish that my client was fighting. The tuna took 2 swipes at it and spools the Van Staal VR150 in seconds. I ended the video a little sooner than I should have but I had a tuna rod with a 80 wide ready to go. I took a live bluefish off one of the plugs and sent it out with high hopes he was not alone. No luck hooking a tuna in the 80 wide.
