Pivot Table - Set Default Layout (so that you don't keep doing it!)

You create a Pivot Table and change some layout and option settings. And then you create another Pivot Table for another set of data and change the layout and options again.
You keep doing this again and again🔄 for all the Pivot Tables that you create.
There has to be a better way!
