Avisos luminosos S.A. has hired you to create a program that can receive data. The idea is for the light sign to be located on the 130th floor of the Bulli Building and you can control it from the 1st floor. So, for each letter you type on the keyboard, the C# program must perform a specific routine with three LEDs. If you type:
-Letter A: Turn on all three LEDs
-Letter B: Turn on LED 1 for one second and then off, then turn on LED 2 for one second and then off, and finally turn on LED 3 for one second and then off, and start over. This routine creates a sense of motion.
-Letter C: Turns off all three LEDs.
