Unreal Sandbox. The Worst Version of Garry's Mod
LAST UPDATE stop buying this game, its terrible and the creator has hopped on a jet to the next country with our money (it was a scam game sadly)
UPDATE The release date was moved to march 9th, 2020.
This may change again, so I recommend joining the discord server to stay up to date with the release.
UPDATE 2 After looking into the steam page again, I have figured out that they have modeled props in the spawn menu, not sure why the video footage did not have modeled props, maybe a setting to enable them, or an earlier build of the game.

Unreal Sandbox, the next Garry's Mod.
Unreal Sandbox is a sandbox game very, very similar to Garry's Mod, the ever so popular game that has been around for years and years, which started off as a mod. Don't be so fast to judge a game trying to replicate such a legendary game, as Garry's Mod started off as just a mod, nobody would have seen the future of Garry's Mod, so this game may as well be just as good.
The game offers workshop support, giving it more creativity compared to the first release of Garry's Mod (GMOD 9) which required users to upload created addons to an alternative site.
