Danguyngoy sa Kahilom is a short film concerning youth’s mental health during pandemic. It depicts the image of the laments in silence and howl with sorrow of young individuals. Sanda (La Vonah Rianne Almonte) is a 20-year old teenager who suffers a condition of having personality split into 6 alter-egos which are the childish, rude-talker, wild, easy-go-lucky, fearful, and calm. Her condition got worse when her sister needed to work amidst this pandemic in order to sustain her primary needs. The sadness and the feeling of emptiness take place in Sandra’s life that lead her to the most dangerous place - inside her own head. She hears whispers that tells her that she’s a burden and that voice commands her to hurt herself.
