This update is currently being tested on New World PTR Server and the changes will be truly major. Devs announced multiple new endgame features: gear downscaling, new Umbral System and Umbral Shards that will allow players to upgrade their Expertise and gear to 625 Gear Score, various Dungeon Mutations that will become a real challenge for PvE players.
