After the first video I received many comments from you that you couldn't find the live chat menu available and there's many questions that why is not available for you some of you were advertiser but still you couldn't have seen that live chat bottom when you are doing that so today we are going to find some ways to troubleshoot this issue and find out why this is not showing in case you can sort it out and you can find the solution
You can start a new chat by visiting
www.facebook.com/business/help/support

Scroll down and click on the “Still Need Help” section. Go to where it says “Contact Our Support Team”. From there, you can click on the Chat button.
