Crazy Orders Glitch
Background: During the fight with Crazy Hand, I grabbed his helper, just as Crazy Hand ripped open a hole in space, which sucked my character Shulk in. After the attack was done, Shulk didn't reappear on the field; instead, my name was left floating in the middle of the stage, while Crazy Hand kept trying to attack it and the helper wandered around aimlessly.
I was really looking forward to those prizes I was going to get.
