ShopBot Buddy - Power Stick Upgrade
ShopBot Buddy model. Original table size was 24" X 48". I bought the larger powerstick, and installed it to bring the capacity to 48" X 48". I couldn't find a good demo on how to do this, so I made this video as I installed it.
After posting, I was advised by a guy on Reddit who made some corrections to my method. I really appreciate his insight:.
You don't have to take off the 2 v-wheels like I did to remove and install the powerstick(s). You can just remove the stop at the end and pull the stick straight out.
He uses rare earth magnets in the track of the powerstick to align the t-nuts with the holes in the spoiler board.
