Activity for Developing Spatial Concepts - INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.
The activity involves distributing hula hoops or drawings of various geometric shapes on the floor of the space you have to work in, using chalk, charcoal, adhesive tape, or simply markings on the floor, when on a dirt floor; with the same number of participants.
Then, you will simply determine the commands to go inside or outside the designated space. And in case of a participant's mistake, it should already be determined whether they will be eliminated from the game until it is decided who will win the challenge, or that the elimination is paid for by performing a number of jumping jacks, laps around the court, or another activity agreed upon by both parties.
This activity, in addition to providing an opportunity to help develop laterality, balance, distance, attention, among many other skills, allows you to explore other concepts such as high, low, right, left, front, back... and much more.
