Tusculum University's President Scott Hummel is personally involved, teaching a class and witnessing the potential of future marine biologists, nurses, and business leaders. The Upward Bound program, federally funded since 1964, targets students in 9th through 12th grades, offering six weeks of diverse classes, cultural events, and extracurricular activities on campus.
Students also benefit from year-round academic advising, opening doors to opportunities they might not have otherwise experienced.
