Wacom Driver Problems and Fail in Catalina

Ugly problem after reinstalling Wacom drivers in Catalina. This is a wounderful example how drivers should not be programmed.
And I am still curious, why the Wacom driver needs a reboot and preboot drive (this is ugly hacker stuff) to make the drivers work. No such necessities e.g. with the Logitech mouse drivers.
