Turo is an online platform that allows you to rent cars from people. Essentially think of like Airbnb but for cars. You are renting cars, not from a company, but from a regular person.
I wanted to get a used car that was affordable because I wouldn't care if it got scratches here and there. So I bought a nice 2012 Kia Rio with 64,000 miles for only $5,500
In May, I made just a little over $1200 for the first month.
In June I've already made almost $300 and have $3700 pending.
If you’re thinking about doing this, I recommend doing so, I think it’s a lot better than uber, you don’t have to spend time driving, you just provide the car, and you can even make your own rules to where they must fill it up with gas, they must clean it, etc
