PIECES OF CARDBOARD OR THICK BOARD
TULLE/ NET FABRIC
THREAD
SCISSOR
HOW TO MAKE:
1. Take round cardboard piece diameter of 6
2. Make a slit
3. Cut tulle 3 cm or as of ur choose
4. Roll it in the round cardboard use slite to make it up nd down
5. Cut along the edge
6. Tie with thread and pull it
Here come a beautiful pompom within 2 minutes 😍
