Whether it is winter or summer, our poor skin can always be subject to irritation: cold, heat, dust, pollution, wrong cosmetics, ... This mask can help you!
Collect 15g of violet leaves, preferably from Viola odorata, chop them finely and pour in 125g of boiling water, put the lid on and leave to infuse for 10 minutes. In the meantime, cook 60g of rice in very little unsalted water.
When the rice is ready, combine everything (violet infusion, rice and rice boiling water) and blend until you obtain a fairly fluid mixture. Sift and don't throw away the coarser part because you will make an EXCEPTIONAL scrub to use before the violet mask!
Add a spoonful of corn starch to the remaining fluid, mix to remove any lumps, put on a gentle heat and, stirring constantly, thicken as if it were a custard.
Now all you have to do is add a teaspoon of rosemary oleolite, one of calendula and one of pumpkin seeds, mix quickly, preferably with an immersion blender.
The mask is ready! Whenever you need it, just spread it on cleansed skin and wait a quarter of an hour or until you feel the skin tighten slightly. Then rinse with warm water and you're done!
ps.: if you don't have the oleolites suggested in the recipe you can replace them with others suitable for you or with three teaspoons of almond oil.
