What is a crypto market cap? And why is it important? We answer both questions in this video.
Essentially, a market cap is your token price multiplied by the circulating supply of tokens. This will give you the value at which the market believes the token to be. As price goes up, so does the market cap and vice versa. This is true of both cryptocurrencies in decentralized finance and stocks in traditional finance.
