Pregnancy, taking psychotropic medications, and a confirmed diagnosis of depression.
👉Recommended:
If you are not in a resourceful state—fatigue,
an unstable psycho-emotional state, or a period of weakened immunity—you can first complete one or two meditations of your choice: "Escape from Stress and Loss" (freely available on YouTube or VK), "Healing" (in your personal accounts on Getcourse for those who have it), or "Rainbow" (from the Marathon, for those who have it).
With a 7-day break if needed. Even if you don't feel anything, the process is ongoing. Track your body sensations and how your psycho-emotional state changes.
