Probation: Is it OK to test positive at my first Probation visit?
Probation after or in place of other conviction from a conviction of a criminal action usually requires the person to remain sober, in the same state where the conviction has been received and free of additional involvement in criminal activity. Failure to carry out a drug test may result in complications and a potential negative impact on current or previous possible sentences.
