Client testimonial videos for CBUS by Creativa
CBUS Property is seeking to improve its customer service. They partenered with @CreativaVideos to create #testimonial videos from their employees.
To help CBUS Property employees understand and empathize with their tenants and customers, they wanted to present a video with their findings at their Annual Staff Event.
They engaged us at Creativa to conduct a series of filmed interviews across Melbourne and Sydney. We then crafted an authentic thread where we heard genuine responses from their customers about what they thought would make their experiences better.
The end result is a 6-minute video that engages and teaches its audience through clever questions, answers, and visual imagery.
