Nobel Prize Week 2023 is it Politically Driven? 🇸🇪
I’m here in front of the Stockholm City Hall , where this week they will host the Nobel 2022 Banquet for the new Nobel Award Recipients. The Nobel Prize and Nobel Peace Prize are two prestigious awards given to scholars, humanist, intellectuals, and other exalted members in the field of their study based on ; Physics, Chemistry, Literature, Medicine, Economics and Peace.
Between 1901 and 2022, the Nobel Prize in Memory of Alfred Nobel were awarded 615 times to 989 people and organizations. The Nobel Prize is an international award administered by the Nobel Foundation in Stockholm, Sweden, and based on the fortune of Alfred Nobel, Swedish inventor and entrepreneur. Each prize consists of a medal, a personal diploma, and a cash award.
A person or organisation awarded the Nobel Prize is called Nobel Prize laureate. The word “laureate” refers to being signified by the laurel wreath. In ancient Greece, laurel wreaths were awarded to victors as a sign of honour.
