Ukraine's reconstruction plan
Ukraine has a $750 billion plan to rebuild and recover from the war with Russia. The plan includes several prerequisites, including de-oligarchy, combating corruption, and providing cyber and military protection. Once these measures are implemented, the country will clean up the environment and hazardous regions while rebuilding and strengthening its transportation infrastructure. Furthermore, the country will focus on expanding its energy infrastructure by rebuilding destroyed power plants and refineries and developing new renewable energy sources. Furthermore, the country will modernize its housing and heating systems, improve education, and work to promote national culture. Ukraine hopes these measures will re-attract the more than six million refugees who have fled the country. Through all these goals, Ukraine hopes to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, improve educational achievement, and increase economic growth. Perhaps most importantly, it aims to strengthen its Western alliances by joining the EU and NATO.
