Procedure Summary:
This tooth had significant distal resorption, treated with a deep margin elevation before RCT. The endo access was restored with everX posterior, followed by dentin sealing and resin coating. Sometimes I complete these restorations in one visit depending on the schedule, but most patients prefer to split the appointments, and I agree. For this case, a provisional restoration with Visalys was placed until the final onlay cementation. 🦷🛠️
