I find the easiest way is to start with an organized file structure for every project. Not only do you save the time and brain-numbing of creating these folders, but using it becomes second-nature, and it becomes easier to find things, and its easier to work efficiently, so you can get more done, quickly.
This approach creates the basis for a lot of the techniques I'd like to share on this channel and is a great place to start for beginner after effects users.
