Update: It seems that Cadiro's price for the Perandus Manor map was changed in Betrayal League, as people report paying over 5000 coins for the map, so be prepared to spend lots of coins in case you get lucky and Cadiro offer you this map for sale.
Update: This map can drop in Delve Mines, from special chest - Hidden Heirloom.
