PoE 3.23 Affliction - Explosive Arrow Ballista Totems Elementalist Build
I was close to leveling up so I decided to use Omen of the Soul Devourer -
will be Consumed when you level up to grant Soul Eater for 5 minutes.
Soul Eater is a stackable effect that by default grants 5% increased attack speed, 5% increased cast speed, and 1% increased character size per stack. Every enemy killed grants 1 stack.
My attack speed is atm 3.05 APS so this buf was not too beneficial, something that increases AOE would be much better. I never tried to use this omen with totems so I was more curious to see if it works or not.
