This plectrum workout is a funk-rock track inspired by the sounds of bands like Extreme, Aerosmith, and The Electric Boys. It was written as a resource for working on complex picking lines, such as when the bass doubles riffs with the guitar. In addition to these unison riffs, there are sections where the bass plays a more traditional, supportive role.
