I think things have gotten out of hand with this tipping situation. It seems almost anytime I go into a business and someone does anything they expect to be tipped. Not only to they expect it but they clearly feel entitled and often get an attitude if they aren't tipped. Some years back I worked as a waitress. So, I have a heart for people deriving a significant part of their income from tips. But should it be expected that someone receive a tip for just handing ypu a bag of food? Should we be made to feel built fir nit tipping someone who did little to nothing for us other than hand us our food over a counter? It is not only in restaurants now. It seems in all kinds of usiness settings workers expect to be tipped.
Let me know in in thr comments if you agree ir disagree with me and if you are now confused too as when you are or aren't supposed to give a tip.
