AK - Late Night Thoughts
I have phases in which I become somewhat of an insomniac and struggle to fall asleep. Nowadays I don’t even bother trying to fall asleep when that happens and just sit on our living room couch until I get tired enough to go to sleep. This often leads to me going down some more daunting thought spirals relating to politics, climate change etc. - things that seem daunting to me because I feel like I have little to no influence on their (bad) outcomes.
