I reconditioned the shear by correcting the overly ramped gaps on the tooth blade. In this 46 min. DVD I show step-by-step how I took a dull and unusable chunking shear and restored it back to working condition. These methods can also be applied to blending shears, thinning shears, and texturizing shears.
