The team at Texas Secured Notes has spent the last decade mastering the art of note origination. With extensive experience, they’ve acquired over 8,500 acres, managed numerous construction projects, and originated hundreds of notes. Initially focusing on single-family units, they transitioned to land notes in 2016.
Rick’s Journey:
Rick began his real estate journey in 1999 at just nineteen, acquiring his first rental home and gradually adding more properties by 2008. During the financial crisis, he served as a financial advisor for JP Morgan Chase before making a full-time shift to real estate in 2010. His extensive experience spans wholesaling, flipping, owner financing, and note origination.
Crystal’s Contribution:
Crystal and Rick's ventures expanded from wholesaling and flips to owner financing and note origination. Their combined expertise and dedication have been instrumental in the growth and success of Texas Secured Notes.
Commitment to Community:
Beyond real estate, Crystal and Rick are passionately involved in humanitarian efforts. They founded a non-profit in Alaska that provides refuge and mentoring for women and children escaping sex trafficking, demonstrating their commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
