In this video we're doing a test weld with the Polysoude MW40 orbital welding head before it is packed and shipped out to the client in France.
Enclosed weld heads are designed for fusion welding of thin wall tube and pipe. The casing in the head provides a sealed chamber to prevent contamination, critical when performing hygienic welds.
This type of orbital tig welding for tube to tube welds can be used for a variety of metals, in industries including food and beverage, chemical, cleanroom and aerospace.
