In today's video, I showed you how to graft fruit yourself, in this case we grafted a self-sprouting cherry rootstock to a simple connection. It rarely happens that we see a new seedling under a purchased variety of cherry that has generatively grown by itself by sprouting a young seedling from the seed that was standing there on the ground, which in this case was grafted. If you were wondering how fruit is grafted, in this video you have the opportunity to see and find out how I choose the method of grafting based on the thickness of the substrate itself and the thickness of the grafted twigs. Before grafting itself, all tools are disinfected with alcohol so that we do not transmit any disease during grafting. Cherry is perhaps a little more difficult to graft if you are a beginner, but I still think it is possible to have a good reception if you follow my instructions on grafting fruit in various ways 😉.
