Born in Nakano, Tokyo in 1961. He started going astray in junior high school, went through a biker gang, and then entered the world of the yakuza. Although he achieved great success during his time in the yakuza, he was framed in an FBI sting operation in Hawaii and spent over 10 years in prison, moving between prisons in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oregon, and other cities.
After his release, he launched an apparel brand and spearheaded the Chicano boom in Japan. Drawing on her experiences and studies in a US prison, she founded the volunteer organization "Good Family," which is now a non-profit organization. She also gives numerous lectures as a counselor on youth development. Good Family's representative, KEI (Inoue Kei), provides support for recovery, social reintegration, counseling, family support, and awareness-raising activities, focusing on child support and single mother support.
