Appalachian Trail Spinger Mtn to Hickory Flats April 2018
Lucky and I returned to the Springer Mtn parking lot to start our two day section hike to Hickory Flats.(USFS 251). We hiked in 1.8 miles to the Stover Creek shelter on day one. A little rainy, but not bad. Day two we hike to Three Forks, then to Long Creek Falls and finally ending the day at Hickory Flats to meet up with our shuttle driver Bret.
