A part of helping your parrot succeed has everything to do with thinking like a parrot. In this video I talk about beaking the way they do. Beaking is the way they greet each other. People are often afraid of their parrot’s beak biting them. Rightfully so. However, by touching their beak and scratching it, you greet your parrot.
Assume your parrot wants to be a flock with you- this is only untrue on a rare occasion. Assume all will be well and that, if you provide a great, clean home and healthy food and clean water, then your parrot will have the wellbeing and want to bond with you.
