can't punish blocked t+MP punish with EX SRK afaik, Shippu might work (I got one in training), but the frame data is likewise dependent upon timing, and kinda funky:

Until I make some matchup notes for Elena, here are some quick moves reversible by Shippu:
cr. MP o; TCs o; t+MP meaty ooo; cr. MK oo; cr. HP o; cr. HK oo; HP o
o = reversal
oo = reversal distance depending
ooo = reversal on meaty only
