Eurorack Modular Synth Jam | Dreadbox Chromatic Series w/ Arturia Keystep Pro & Volca Sample
Hey, guys! Here is my first Eurorack modular synth jam! I was messing around with the Keystep Pro / Eurorack combo for a bit and ended up with a some pretty neat patterns and sounds. The jam was a bit long, but I trimmed it down a bit.
Patch Notes
For this jam, I patched up 2 basic synth voices using both Hysteria VCO's: One VCO is going into a FILTER/VCA (Eudemonia) for the melodic part and the other VCO is going through a Low-pass gate (Dystopia) for the bass part. The "glitchy" sounds are coming from the FILTER CUTOFF being modulated by the Dystopia's ODDS output (random gates). The audio signals from the modular is sent to my Behringer Xenyx 802 mixer (off screen).
Anyways, I'm really enjoying this setup so far; The Keystep Pro is a great sequencer and works really well with Eurorack. I am also really looking forward to collecting some more modules real soon... cause I am already so addicted. haha 😂
