My Bridgerton Score by Marketa Irglova
The music is intended to be in sync with the narrator as well as the perception of people on the outside looking in. The illusion of a fairy tale romance and a “happily ever after” ending , contrasted with the less perfect reality, one which has only served to confuse and disappoint the main protagonist currently feeling as though she is but living a lie. The promised prospects of what moments like these were meant to feel like in comparison to what they are actually like adds a bitter tone to the sweetness of the music we hear, leaving one sitting with the heartache of dreams versus reality we often experience in our lives.
