Air Force Special Operations Command
According to Pentagon representatives, the US Special Operations Forces operate to carry out special missions and operations with the aim of influencing the enemy’s policies, rescuing critical persons, obtaining valuable items, and fighting piracy and terrorism regardless of territory. Fighters, called operators, undergo grueling training, learn unique skills, and receive the most advanced weapons and ammunition.
