Herzog at Mordolphin, Ontario
Canadian Pacific 5788, CP 9014 southbound at mile 99 of the Mactier subdivision in Mordolphin pulling the Herzog ballast train dumping ballast (128 axles).
The Herzog technician and his computer are in the cab of the trailing locomotive controlling the dumping which is done at a steady 16 MPH. They were dumping down to mile 93, pulling into the Medonte siding to allow CP 110 to pass and then they were going to run the power around and pull back to Mactier.
