ChartBrew 3 is a great data visualization tool that is free and open source as well as a hosted version you can purchase if needed. You can have an intense and valuable reporting infrastructure in no time at all. It connects to APIs that you need, and many other data sources. Github repo is under active development regularly.

You can create client reporting, data alerts on your custom data, share the information with others, Embed links for like iframe and URL's, there is a good team and permissions capability built-in, as well as drag and drop capability of your dashboards too. There are options to have your charts and graphs automatically update.
I plan to make another video going through the details of installing it locally and publishing it to the https://www.render.com cloud service which is an awesome service I like to use.
