In the last century, physics has made enormous progress in describing the universe, both on the largest, cosmological scales and on the smallest, subatomic scales. What picture of the cosmos emerges from current theories? Is our universe just a small fragment of the multiverse? How do we—humans—fit into this picture, precisely halfway between the micro- and macroscales? Is our universe "fine-tuned" for our existence? Cosmologists Professor Bernard Carr and Professor Sebastian Szybka will address these and other questions. The discussion will be moderated by Dr. Tomasz Miller.
