The Finis Posture Trainer is a technical piece of equipment that helps to keep the head and spine aligned which in turn promotes a more efficient swim by lifting the hips. This sits at the back of the head with a strap and is comfortable and virtually undetectable until the swimmer exceeds the recommended posture range when a tactile cue will inform the swimmer to realign.
