Tricky fight, but once you get the hang of it, is a breeze.
At the start, he only has exploding die and the fist thing. The fist WILL kick your ass if it hits you, so quick run or dodge roll through it. Do the RC with the boxes to knock Boogie down to hurt him.
After he runs back in, the belts will get VERY fast for a few seconds, try to stay off the ground during this. He also adds in bagged enemies. Fighting these is not a good idea, do the RC with the exits to swap sides.
On his third reentry, he will add a laser thing to his arsenal, this does not hurt like the fist, but it stuns, which can be bad. The enemies can also spawn on his belt now, so be wary.
